Suken Tools was established in 2001 in Dongguan -- the heart of China's manufacturing belt. What began as a small workshop producing indexable mills has evolved into a vertically integrated facility spanning over 4,000 m², housing 80+ CNC machines and a dedicated R&D laboratory.
Over two decades, we have refined every stage of our production process: from raw material selection and substrate preparation through to precision grinding, coating, quality inspection, and export packaging. This end-to-end control allows us to guarantee consistent sub-micron tolerances across every batch.

Foundation in Dongguan
Established as a small carbide end mill workshop in Dongguan's Chang'an district with 12 employees and 6 CNC machines. First export shipment to Malaysia within 18 months.
ISO 9001 Certification & Facility Expansion
Achieved first ISO 9001 certification. Expanded to a 3,000 m² dedicated facility and launched the carbide mill product line to serve the milling market.
European Market Entry
Secured first European distribution partnerships in Germany and Italy.
OEM & Private Label Programme Launch
Launched a dedicated OEM division offering custom geometry, private-label packaging, and branded tooling solutions for international distributors. Headcount grew to 70+ employees.
